Nestled within a compact footprint, this cellar renovation was designed to transform a modest space into a high-capacity environment for a discerning client.
Working closely with the client, we explored their collection to understand bottle formats, display priorities, and long-term storage needs. The resulting layout balances density and design — combining efficient storage with curated presentation for both everyday bottles and large-format centerpieces.
Project Execution
Privé racking was crafted in walnut to optimize capacity and accessibility while maintaining warmth and visual depth. The configuration integrates case storage, countertop display areas, and dedicated spaces for 3L and 6L bottles. Integrated LED lighting accentuates the wood’s natural tone and highlights key presentation areas. A fully ducted, concealed cooling system maintains ideal conditions throughout, ensuring seamless integration of preservation and design. The cellar embodies Privé’s philosophy — a refined harmony of craftsmanship, collaboration, and the art of wine preservation.
