Environmental & Infrastructure Stewardship
Privé Care provides ongoing stewardship of the cellar environment and infrastructure to ensure optimal conditions for long-term wine preservation. These services form the foundation of Privé’s long-term involvement with the cellar.
A comprehensive inspection of the cellar environment, including racking integrity, door and seal performance, glazing, lighting, and visible indicators of moisture or condensation. Inspections are intended to identify early signs of wear or environmental drift before they affect the collection.
Coordination of annual servicing with qualified, cellar-specific HVAC contractors. Privé manages scheduling, scope, and follow-up to ensure the system continues to operate as intended, without requiring direct client involvement.
Review of system operation during scheduled service, including filter replacement and performance verification to confirm airflow, cooling response, and overall system health.
Seasonal review and adjustment of cellar conditions to account for changes in exterior temperature and humidity between winter and summer months, ensuring stable and appropriate storage conditions year-round.
All inspections, service visits, and adjustments are documented within a centralized service log. This provides continuity over time and informed context for future servicing, upgrades, or modifications.
Collection Organization & Advisory
Privé offers optional, collection-focused services for clients seeking additional support beyond environmental and infrastructure stewardship.
Assistance with cataloging and organizing a wine collection, including digital inventory setup, bottle location mapping, and structural planning to support the growth of the cellar over time.
Coordination with vetted sommeliers or cellar consultants to provide tasting guidance, aging recommendations, and broader collection insight aligned with the client’s preferences.
Support in coordinating access to allocated releases or rare wines through trusted networks, assisting with sourcing logistics and acquisition planning while maintaining discretion.
